Amazon 2025-2030: Is there a 100% chance again?
Now that we’re 2025, Amazon is still a successful leader in e-commerce and cloud computing thanks to AWS. Furthermore, with the AI sector explosion last year, Amazon has quickly become a leader and has made healthy investments that have increased the value of the company. Therefore, over the next five years, there is a very high chance that Amazon Stock, and therefore Warren Buffet’s AMZN portfolio will once again double its value.
Additionally, Amazon Management continues to focus on reducing satisfactory costs, helping to nearly double its net profit to $59 billion in 2024. Amazon’s increased use of robotics can automate tasks in fulfillment centers, allowing you to significantly reduce costs and unlock more profits in the long run. Regarding AWS, Amazon’s cloud revenues increased 19% year-on-year in the fourth quarter, accounting for half of Amazon’s operating profit. These numbers are expected to rise even further in the coming years, providing even more revenue for the e-commerce giant.
According to analysts at Tipranks, the average price target is $269.85, with a high forecast of $306.00 and a low forecast of $203.00. Although it has been slow to start until 2025 (down 11%), most investors are still bullish about the possibility of AMZN stocks. Analysts expect the company’s revenue to increase at least 20% on an annual basis over the next few years. Assuming that the stock continues to value the same on a price-to-earning basis, that is enough to double the investment at Warren Buffet.
