From futuristic hacks and slashers to medieval adventures, if your video game includes swords, you have a 99.9% chance of using them for slices and obstacles. Blood certainly flows out when you run through your enemies with Saber, Cartana, or something you have to get in your hands. However, what constitutes 0.1% is Bredesona game about the complexity and beauty of swords Craftnot fighting. After compiling the latest final playtests, a new playable demo is now available on Steam, allowing you to play the first chapter of the campaign and unlock sandbox mode as well.
Of course, creating your own weapon is not entirely new in some of the best sword games around – gather your resources, find a blueprint, smash it all together, and a new blade appears in your inventory. Smashing. But what’s novel is that Bladesong has adopted this concept and makes it at the core of its overall experience. Offering an optional huge toolbox, you can build swords of all shapes and sizes. As you master craft, you will cook some stunning, highly detailed weapons with the ability to create custom patterns, blade shapes and color schemes.
The new Bladesong demo allows you to make swordsmanship fantasy in two ways. The first chapter in Story Mode is available for play. This will allow you to arrive at Ellen’s gate and assume the initial fee. Throughout the game’s story, various characters, from seasoned warriors to members of the nobles, approach you, using new swords and specific material with specific standards. This demo gives you a quick taste of how it feels and will also be an opportunity to check out the qualifications for Bladesong’s story.
The second experience in the demo is Creative Mode. This allows you to unleash things and create a sandbox style sword. If you want to recreate and recreate past weapons with as much historical accuracy as possible, ask for it. Or, if you want to forge a surreal sword from your wildest dreams, you can do it too. I want to give a spin to Creative Mode – many games offer gorgeous weapons, but here you can create your own. Plus, you don’t have to worry about durability, carry weight, how it fits into your character build, or anything covered in blood. You can just sit and marvel.
The new Bladesong demo is available for download now on Steam. You can do so here.
