If you’ve read anything I’ve written before, you know that I love dead cells. The action is endlessly replayable, filled with tough battles, and there has been a steady flow of updates and expansion over the last few years. If you worship the Opus of Motion Twin like me, The dragon is dead It’s a game you really need to check out. Due to proper boring environments, fast-paced combat, and many reasons why it keeps coming back, the Steam 1.0 version is finally here.
If you’re playing the Blood Asp, Dead Cells, or Castlevania, you’ll quickly become familiar with the Dragon being dead. Set on an incredibly detailed Gothic pixel art background, this is an action platformer that helped elements of guelike.
As corruption has swept through the land, it is up to you to explore constantly changing levels, increase your strength and drive away the world forever. As a successor, you were chosen by the gods for this job. It just means that when you happen to die in battle, you will come back to life.
All runners offer different layouts, new monsters, and altered loot compositions. Just like dead cells, combat and exploration you die with the dragon is that you become quick. When you die, you lose all your money and temporary buffs, and the world will re-change itself, but you will not remain completely vulnerable. Gears and runes are stored forever and are the basis for the next run.
The dragon is dead, so 1.0 is here, so there are plenty of extra features to get stuck. You can wear a suit as a hunter, a new playable character who uses spears and daggers throwing along with various beast abilities. There are also 12 more legendary equipment items for hunters, and there are plenty of ways to cut enemies into ribbons. 1.0 will eventually introduce the chapters of the climactic story, and since the dragon boss is dead, they are also needed.
There is also a new mythical equipment grade that unlocks after defeating the last boss for the first time. However, that’s not all because there is a difficulty customization system to test the limitations. With 15 levels available, you crank the challenge all the way to a nightmare, and weaken yourself significantly while facing even more severe enemies. Like me, if you enjoy the difficulty options with Hades and Dead Cells, then the Dragon is exactly what you need to be dead.
Dragon Is Dead 1.0 is available on Steam with a 10% discount until Friday, June 13th, so you can pay $17.99/£15.07. Head towards here.
