Did the My Pillow man cling to the big lie and honor the Dominion enforcer?

Did the My Pillow man cling to the big lie and honor the Dominion enforcer?

Eric Coomer has a line against Mike Lindell, the man of My Pillow. It strikes me as a perfect explanation of what happens when the influential partisan bellies lie about innocent people in these insanely charged political ages.

“The real world consequences for those false subjects,” the lawsuit says, “it was devastating.”

surely.

Think of Georgia voting worker Ruby Freeman and daughter Shay Moss as their lives were destroyed when former President Trump’s top campaign lawyer Rudy Giuliani claimed the pair had equipped the 2020 election results in their state. Giuliani even invented women who handed each other drugs at a polling station in Fulton County. Trump amplified his claims. The two women received death threats and hated leaving the house for groceries, and had to hide. Before the House Committee investigates the January 6th riots, we will never forget how sad and broken they are.

Luckily, Freeman and Moss, from Giuliani, led the former New York mayor to bankruptcy, avoiding obligations. Giuliani, who stripped him of his license to practice law in New York, has so far not even a punchline on late-night television anymore.

Like Freeman and Moss, Kumar, former director of product strategy and security for the Dominion Voting System, has been exposed to a torrent of false claims about elections by Lindell and other right-wing conspiracy theorists and media. Like Freeman and Moss, he was terrified and hidden.

He quits his job, moves to a new location, puts a gun around a house he borrowed from a friend, experiences depression and panic attacks, believing that he will not be able to return to his profession.

“People were essentially making bets on how my brother’s body would be found and which evil shadow groups were behind his death,” Kumar’s brother said. “He will be executed by the state or he will be found with a forged suicide note and two gunshots that have been fake on the back of his head.”

Coomer, like everyone else, was collateralized in a false MAGA campaign to overturn the outcome of the 2020 election.

Fox News hosts, including Jeanine Pirro and Lou Dobbs, lost their hearts completely, and the company allowed the best stars to spew lies about the general election and Dominion’s voting system.

In that unpleasant chapter, Fox took away the costs and allowed the right-wing network to avoid trial.

Coomer, who has filed suit against Giuliani and several others who have lied around him, is now putting his day in court against Lindell. The honour and loss trial, which began Monday, is expected to continue until the end of this week. (Coomer settled a lawsuit against conspiracy theorist Sidney Powell; Newsmax; one American news network, or OAN, and OAN correspondent. His lawsuit against Gigliani is pending.)

The false claims against Coomer dreamed of a conservative Colorado podcaster Joseph Altman infiltrating an “antifa conference call,” in which “Eric, the Dominion man” allegedly poses as an election against Trump. (Kuma’s defamation and loss lawsuit against Ortman is also pending.)

“Oltmann” says Coomer’s lawsuit. “We allegedly argued that this supposed call happened on an unspecified date before the election, but we didn’t expect the election to take action until President Biden called.

Needless to say, it’s quirky and ridiculous.

In his campaign against Koeman, Ortman posted a photo of the Dominion Executive’s house on his social media, and said to his followers, “Blow this sh away. Share it and put his name everywhere.”

Lindell seems to have never come across any right-wing conspiracy theories that he couldn’t accept, and picked up Ortman’s fantasies about Coomer and began spreading them widely in interviews, social media and more.

On his Franksiech Media Platform, Lindell: “You hate, you’re uncomfortable. You’re a traitor of the United States.” (The classic case of projection, iMho.)

Lindell may have settled down like many others have done. Instead, he chooses to fight to slap pillows, sheets and slippers and pays his legal bills to go. Because he believed that what he was saying was true, so it’s not a loss for honor. “That’s just words. All Mike Lindell did was talk.” “Mike believed he was telling the truth.”

Before the trial, Lindell stood on the stairs of a federal courthouse in Denver, declaring that in all this his only goal was to ban electronic voting machines and replace them with paper voting.

“If I can get there,” “I’ll sacrifice everything.”

If Coomer wins the honour and detrimental case against Lindell, and I really hope he does – Lindell lost a lot and got little. First, this case has nothing to do with the effectiveness of the voting machine. Second, an estimated 98% of American voters who leave a paper mark will record their votes, as it is the only vote to record a voting machine.

But Lindell, like many of his Magazine compatriots, is in the way of Trump’s big lies.
