Now, when celebrating the 20th anniversary of the anime, Tamsoft has brought Seoul Society and Huekomund to the human realm.
Bleach Rebirth of Souls is a 1V1 fighting game that can unleash powerful Bankai and catastrophic attacks that challenge story and multiplayer game modes. Read on as the flash was flooded with gameplay footage, character releases, and more was stepped into the release.

Spirit Regeneration Soul Release Date
Souls’ Bleach Rebirth was released on Friday, March 21, 2025. The game started on PC, PlayStation 4 and 5, and Xbox Series X | S consoles.
Rebirth of Souls was first announced in July 2024. Since then, the game’s YouTube playlist has been filled with character release trailers, voyeurs on trucks in OST, and even opening films. It’s no surprise that a specific release date was immediately slapped at the 2024 Game Awards, mercilessly and quickly slapped, given the enormous amount of content that became available.
Don’t count recent ports in mobile gacha game Bleach: Brave Souls, Rebirth of Souls marks the first major console release of the legendary franchise since 2011.
Bleach Rebirth from Souls Trailers
We were treated to four Bleach Rebirths and the opening films from Souls Trailers. The first is an original announcement trailer. Drifting us away with the recreation of that fateful meeting between Strawberry and Rukia, the stylish trailer reintroduces us to key players of Grim Reaper Arc agents, including Chad, Oriime, Ishida, Yoruichi, Renji, and Baiya.
At the end of July, Bandai Namco released a brief overview introducing the central tenets of the rebirth of Souls’ gameplay. Here you can see strawberries taking on byyakuya. The pair unleash their bankai when they go to the band for the band. However, the marketing machine has yet to reveal all the cards…
September 2024 brought the release of Reawakening, the game’s most exciting mechanic, as well as a more specific 2025 release window for soul regeneration. This teaser brings us to the iconic battle of strawberries and Ulquiora. Here we see that both combatants transform into the ultimate form.
Next comes the play of the opening film of Souls. The contrast-filled introduction, which spotlights one gangster, byyakuya and renji, offers a glimpse of the captain of Hotay 13, as well as a glimpse of Hokyok’s despicable shots.
Finally, the release date trailer for TGA 2024 continues from the announcement trailer, focusing on the story beat from the Seoul Society Rescue Ark, rushing to prevent Rukia’s execution. Here you can hear more from the various voice actors who contribute talent to the game when shifting from the heaviest batter shots of Gotei 13 to the shots.
As mentioned before, the Bandai Namco YouTube channel is slowly filling up with obvious trailers for the characters. One of the final characters introduced is Tia Halibel (interestingly, he uses the spelling “Halibel” rather than “Halibel”.
Souls Gameplay Bleach Regeneration
Bleach Rebirth of Souls features a single-player story mode and multiplayer battles. The official website has confirmed that the story mode ends with Aizen’s defeat at the end of Arrancar: Fallfall Arc. Currently, it is unclear whether Full Bling and Millennium Blood War Arc will eventually be added as DLC, but the latter cosmetic outfit has already been revealed.
You can also “unleash deeper insights into the bleach character” through the game’s Incognito Story mode.
The gameplay itself is strictly 1V1, and like other fighters like Tecken, the characters are locked to each other forever. The closest point of the comparison is Dragon Ball Spark Zero, released by Bandai Namco, as both games utilize air combat. This is achieved by leading Reishi to the feet.
During each battle, you must exhaust your enemy Rashi (health bar). If you completely exhaust the bar, one compact (life point) will be taken away. The first player who loses everything in compact will lose. Shaking Zampacts around each other is a basic mode of combat. You can also use hand to hand techniques, Kido, and character-specific techniques during each battle. If you are abused, this will manifest in different ways depending on your fighter, but there are also reverse-destined mechanics that will give you an extra power boost.
The real spice in regeneration of the Souls’ combat system is the awakening and realization system that dramatically enhances each fighter plane. You can use these power-ups when your morale gauge is filled to present a sparkling “evolution” badge on your screen. All characters appear to have awakening, but only the selected characters have awakening – a secondary evolution of immeasurable power.

There are three different bleach recycled editions of Souls. Standard, deluxe, ultimate. There was also a pre-order bonus for cosmetics, including a thousand-year blood war costumes for Shimayo and Yoruichi.
