Demolish and Build 3 brings the simulation game genre to the construction site. As the owner of a demolition company, players will take on a variety of jobs including cutting roofs, transporting materials, leveling the ground, building and, most importantly, demolishing structures.
To do so, they can use everything from sledgehammers to bulldozers, each tool or vehicle ready to be purchased or customized for the job at hand as the company accumulates equipment purchased with money earned from completed jobs. Companies can grow over time, expanding and gaining influence, allowing them to take on bigger jobs that further showcase the game’s physics system and challenge players’ ability to properly deploy and use tools and vehicles.
